From pixels
to woodgrain.
I spend part of my time shaping wood in my workshop. It’s a slower kind of design, more instinctive and tactile. Here’s a glimpse of the objects I create.
Every piece is shaped from local woods, turned by hand on my lathe. I work mostly with gouges and chisels I sharpen myself on Japanese stones. Each object is finished with natural oils, keeping the texture and scent of the wood alive.
