Objective
Design a simple and reliable scheduling platform that could be adopted quickly by non-technical users, while setting strong product and design foundations for long-term growth.
Process
I worked directly with the founding team to define user flows, build prototypes, and design the first functional version of the product.
The challenge was to turn complex operational tasks—planning, shifts, payroll exports—into fast and friendly interactions.
We built a clear visual system and a tone that felt modern, approachable, and trustworthy for small business owners.

Outcome
The first version of Snapshift quickly proved its value and became the backbone of what is now Combo, a platform used by thousands of teams across France.
The product’s early design decisions shaped its scalability and user adoption, helping it grow from startup MVP to market leader.
